Exterior outlets are often ignored. If you can’t find one have the electrician install one or more so you won’t have to use extension cords outside.
If you have all of things covered even before the electrician gets there, you may want to warn him so he/she will bring the necessary tools to get the job done the first time. You don’t want him to charge you miles for going back and forth.
We certainly don’t want to imply that electricians are after your money for most are hard working and eager to do a good job.
